What dose does the Glyco Harmony label recommend?
One or two full droppers a day. The label puts it in three short sentences: "Shake well before each use. Take 1 or 2 droppers full daily. Place in mouth and swallow."
That is all the direction the bottle gives. It does not name a time of day, a meal or a starting dose. It does carry one firm limit: "Do not exceed recommended dose."

How do you take one dose correctly?
Four steps, about ten seconds. Do them the same way each day so your dose stays steady.

The blend can settle in the glycerin and water base. A firm shake before each use spreads it back through the liquid.

Should you start with 1 dropper or 2?
The label leaves the choice to you. A careful start is 1 dropper a day for the first week or two, then 2 if you want the full amount and feel fine.
Starting low makes sense for three groups:
- People on diabetes medicine. Chromium, ginseng and gymnema may add to insulin or pills and raise the chance of a low (ADA, Vitamins & Supplements).
- People sensitive to caffeine. Guarana and green tea add some caffeine, and the amount is not printed (MSKCC, Guarana).

Moving from 1 to 2 droppers will not reach study doses. Chromium goes from 0.7 to 1.4 mcg, while glucose studies used 200-1,000 mcg a day (NIH ODS, Chromium). So more is not a fix if 1 dropper shows nothing.

The label does not say, so any regular time works. The brand's own poster suggests the morning, preferably before a meal. That is a tip from the marketing, not a label direction.

Why does the sales page mention capsules?
It is a mistake on the sales page. Its FAQ says "Just take 2 capsules", but Glyco Harmony is a liquid in a dropper bottle (Glyco Harmony sales page). Follow the label: 1 or 2 droppers a day.
A second slip is an image file name that says "30ML". The label says 2 fl oz, which is 60 ml, with 60 servings. We go by what is printed on the bottle.
How should you store the bottle?
The label is clear on storage: "Keep away from heat, light, and humidity to preserve freshness. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use if safety seal is damaged or missing. Store in a cool, dry place."
