Weigh the cost against what each dropper holds. The only stated active amount is 0.7 mcg of chromium per mL. Studies on glucose used about 200 to 1,000 mcg a day (NIH ODS, Chromium). The other 22 ingredients share 200 mg, with no single amount printed. No trial has tested the drops themselves.
