What should you check when the Glyco Harmony box arrives?
A two-minute check now saves a long phone call later.
- Count the bottles. Two, four or eight, matching the pack you paid for.
- Check each seal. The label says not to use a bottle if the safety seal is damaged or missing.
- Read the label. Each bottle should read 2 fl oz / 60 ml, with the distributor line for Instituto Experience.
- Note any damage. Take photos of a crushed box or a leak before you throw anything away.
- Store it well. Keep it in a cool, dry place, away from heat, light and humidity.
The base liquid contains xylitol, which can be dangerous to dogs even in small amounts (FDA, Paws Off Xylitol). Store unopened bottles out of reach, as the label asks for children too.
When you open the first bottle, follow the label: "Shake well before each use. Take 1 or 2 droppers full daily. Place in mouth and swallow." If you take insulin or another diabetes medicine, talk to your doctor before the first dose. Keep taking prescribed medicine; never stop or change it because of a supplement.

What if a Glyco Harmony package is late, lost or damaged?
Call the order desk with your order ID and any photos. They hold the shipping records.
A late box may simply be slow. Give it a few extra days, then call +1 (925) 231-0148. Have your order ID and the shipping address you used ready. If tracking shows a delivery you never received, say so clearly and ask what the next step is.
For a damaged box or a broken seal, do not take the drops from that bottle. Email [email protected] with your photos and order ID. Keep the bottles until you are told what to do with them. Note who you spoke with and the date of each call.

How does shipping affect the 60-day guarantee?
The 60 days start on the purchase date, so shipping time comes out of your window.
The sales page counts the guarantee from the date of purchase, and claims are accepted after at least 30 days of use (Glyco Harmony sales page). A slow delivery leaves fewer days to try the drops and make a claim. Mark both dates on your calendar the day you order.
