What 1 mL of Glyco Harmony drops actually holds
One full dropper of Glyco Harmony is 1 mL, one serving. The label lists 0.7 mcg of chromium, 2% of the Daily Value, plus a 200 mg blend of 22 plants and amino acids with no single amounts. That is about 9 mg per blend ingredient on average. Glucose studies used far larger amounts, and no trial has tested the drops.

01The serving
How much is 1 mL of Glyco Harmony?
It is one full dropper, and the label counts it as one serving. That is about a fifth of a teaspoon of liquid.
The bottle holds 2 fl oz / 60 ml, so you get 60 servings. The label's directions are short: "Shake well before each use. Take 1 or 2 droppers full daily. Place in mouth and swallow." No time of day is printed.
02The label
What does the Supplement Facts panel list for each 1 mL?
Two lines carry amounts: chromium and the blend total. Everything else is named without a weight. The panel below is copied from the flat label.
| Label line | Per 1 mL | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| Chromium (as chromium picolinate) | 0.7 mcg, 2% DV | The only nutrient with a stated amount |
| Proprietary Blend | 200 mg total | 22 ingredients, listed from most to least by weight |
| Each blend ingredient | Not disclosed | About 9 mg on average, but the real split is unknown |
| Other ingredients | Not listed by weight | The liquid base, sweeteners, preservatives and flavors |
| Caffeine | Not disclosed | Guarana seed and green tea leaf both carry some |
A blend with one total weight is legal: the rules ask only for the total and the order by weight (21 CFR 101.36 (eCFR)). The full panel, word for word, sits on the label explained.
03Chromium
How does 0.7 mcg of chromium compare with the research?
It is a very small amount. Adults need about 20-35 mcg a day from all sources, and the Daily Value is 35 mcg, which is where the 2% comes from (NIH ODS, Chromium).
Glucose studies went much higher. Most used about 200-1,000 mcg a day, mainly as chromium picolinate, the same form on the label (NIH ODS, Chromium). Two droppers give 1.4 mcg. That is under 1% of the lowest studied amount.
Even at full study doses, results were mixed. A 2019 review found slight drops in fasting glucose and A1C in people with diabetes, of unclear value in daily life. In healthy people, chromium did not seem to change glucose at all (NIH ODS, Chromium).
Sixty servings of 0.7 mcg come to 42 mcg of chromium per bottle. One day at the low end of the trials used 200 mcg. Read more on the chromium page.
04The blend
How much of each blend ingredient can 1 mL carry?
On average, about 9 mg each. Divide 200 mg by 22 ingredients and you get 9.1 mg per mL, or about 18 mg at two droppers.
The real amounts are hidden, but the order sets limits. Maca leads the list, so it weighs the most. L-carnitine is last, so it can weigh no more than the average.
| Ingredient | Average share, 1 mL | Lowest studied daily amount |
|---|---|---|
| Gymnema | About 9 mg | 200 mg of extract (Drugs.com, Gymnema monograph) |
| African mango | About 9 mg | 300 mg (NIH ODS, Dietary Supplements for Weight Loss) |
| Panax ginseng | About 9 mg | About 100 mg (Shishtar et al., PLoS One 2014) |
| L-carnitine | About 9 mg | 2 g (NIH ODS, Carnitine) |
Each study tested one ingredient at a time. A few milligrams inside a mixed blend is a different thing. We work through the limits line by line in proprietary blend math.
05The base
What else is in each drop besides the actives?
Most of the liquid is the base. The label lists Glycerin, water, organic lemon extract, stevia extract 97% (Reb A), xylitol, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, citric acid and natural flavors.
- Glycerin and water make the liquid that carries the blend and give the drops their thick feel.
- Stevia extract 97% (Reb A) is a high-purity sweetener. FDA has not questioned its GRAS status (FDA, Aspartame and Other Sweeteners).
- Xylitol is a sugar alcohol. It is dangerous to dogs and can drop a dog's blood sugar within an hour, so keep the bottle away from pets (FDA, Paws Off Xylitol).
- Sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate are two common preservatives. Their presence is worth knowing next to the "natural" badge.
Caffeine is the hidden extra. Guarana is a caffeine source, and green tea adds a little more (MSKCC, Guarana) (NCCIH, Green Tea). No caffeine number is printed.

What does one milliliter of Glyco Harmony cost?
Between about $0.61 and $1.32, depending on the pack. Because one serving is 1 mL, the price of a milliliter is the same as the price of a day at one dropper.
| Pack | Total | 1 mL a day | 2 mL a day |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2 bottles | $158 plus shipping | About $1.32 | About $2.63 |
| 4 bottles | $177 | About $0.74 | About $1.48 |
| 8 bottles | $294 | About $0.61 | About $1.23 |
The sales page counts 30 days a bottle, which assumes two droppers a day (Glyco Harmony sales page). At one dropper, a bottle stretches to 60 days. Full details are on the prices page.

07Medicines
Can a small 1 mL dose still matter with diabetes medicine?
It might, so ask first. The chromium amount is tiny, but ginseng and gymnema sit in the blend at unknown amounts, and both may add to diabetes medicines (NCCIH, Asian Ginseng) (Drugs.com, Gymnema monograph). The ADA warns that some supplements can cause lows when combined with those drugs (ADA, Vitamins & Supplements).
Keep taking prescribed medicine; never stop or change it because of a supplement. Shaking, sweating, hunger, dizziness, confusion or a fast heartbeat can mean low blood sugar, often under 70 mg/dL. Fainting, a seizure or confusion that will not clear is a reason to call 911 (NIDDK, Low Blood Glucose).
08Bottom line
So what does 1 mL of Glyco Harmony add up to?
A small, sweet liquid with a long ingredient list. It holds 0.7 mcg of chromium and a 200 mg blend whose single amounts you cannot see. Each known ingredient sits far below the doses used in studies, and the drops themselves have never been tested in a trial.
That does not make the label dishonest. It lists every ingredient in weight order and states the serving plainly. It does mean that any benefit is unproven, and that food, activity, sleep and medical care remain the parts with real evidence behind them (NCCIH, Diabetes and Dietary Supplements).
09FAQ
One milliliter of Glyco Harmony: FAQ
How many drops are in 1 mL of Glyco Harmony?
The label does not count drops. It measures by the dropper: one full dropper is 1 mL and one serving. Fill the dropper as far as it draws, place the liquid in your mouth and swallow, and take no more than two droppers a day.
Is one dropper of Glyco Harmony the same as one serving?
Yes. The label sets the serving size at 1 ml, which is one full dropper. The directions allow 1 or 2 droppers daily, so a day's use is either one or two servings, and a 60 mL bottle holds 60 of them.
How much chromium is in a whole bottle of Glyco Harmony?
About 42 mcg in total. Each 1 mL serving lists 0.7 mcg, and the bottle holds 60 servings. For comparison, most glucose studies gave 200-1,000 mcg of chromium every single day (NIH ODS, Chromium).
Why does the Glyco Harmony label say to shake the bottle?
The blend is spread through a thick glycerin and water base, and parts of it can settle while the bottle stands. A good shake before each use helps every dropper carry the same mix of the 22 blend ingredients.
Does Glyco Harmony contain sugar?
The panel shows no sugar line. The drops are sweetened with high-purity stevia (Reb A) and xylitol in a glycerin base (FDA, Aspartame and Other Sweeteners). Xylitol is a sugar alcohol that is dangerous to dogs, so store the bottle out of their reach (FDA, Paws Off Xylitol).
Can I mix Glyco Harmony drops into water or coffee?
The label only says to place the drops in your mouth and swallow; it gives no mixing directions. Coffee would add caffeine to the small amount guarana and green tea already bring. For product questions, call the order desk at +1 (925) 231-0148.
What does 2% DV mean on the Glyco Harmony label?
It means 0.7 mcg of chromium is 2% of the 35 mcg Daily Value set for labels (NIH ODS, Chromium). The blend line shows a dagger instead, meaning no Daily Value exists for those ingredients.
